Sea conditions and passenger safety

Mamanuca crossings are open-water speedboat journeys. Even in suitable weather, rides can be bumpy or choppy and sea spray is possible. The skipper has final authority to delay, change, reschedule or cancel a transfer when wind, swell, tide, visibility, resort access or other conditions are unsafe.

• Follow all crew instructions and wear the supplied life jacket when directed.
• Tell us before booking if any guest is pregnant or has back, neck, mobility, balance or other health concerns that may be affected by boat motion or boarding.
• Declare large or heavy bags, surfboards, fishing gear, golf bags, wheelchairs and other oversized items so they can be safely stowed and vessel capacity confirmed.

Important booking information

Preferred times are requests and may need adjustment for safe operating conditions, vessel availability, resort landing permission or required resort tender arrangements. Any landing or tender fee charged directly by a resort is not included unless specifically stated. Navini, Namotu, Tavarua and Wadigi transfers are available by request because prior resort approval may be required. Request a private quote.
