What happens after your flight lands?

If your flight is delayed, the latest available arrival information helps the team review the pickup. Nadi Airport drop-off for departing flights

For an airport drop-off, enter the airline, flight number and scheduled departure time—not only the time you want to reach the terminal. Pickup timing must allow for the road journey, airline check-in and possible traffic. The confirmed hotel or resort collection time will be based on the complete itinerary.

Be ready in the nominated lobby or pickup point before the confirmed time with luggage packed and your travel documents available. If your accommodation has a large property, villas or several reception areas, provide the exact pickup location.

Return and multi-transfer bookings

A return booking contains two separate journeys: the arrival transfer from Nadi Airport and the later journey back to the airport. Enter the correct date, flight and pickup information for each direction. Do not reuse the arrival time as the return pickup time.
