Spend a few relaxing hours in Sabeto Valley near Nadi at Tifajek Mud Pool & Hot Spring, a community-based experience distinct from the neighbouring Sabeto Mud Pool attraction. Begin with a natural mud wrap, rinse in the mud pool, then enjoy the warm mineral hot springs surrounded by tropical greenery. Choose your date and add a Spa Plus treatment or optional return hotel transfers.

Entry-only is ideal for guests travelling in their own vehicle or arranging independent transport. Entry does not include massage, towels, meals or return transport.

Optional Spa Plus treatments

Enhance your visit with community-based massage services delivered by local female therapists, professionally certified through Senikai Spa according to the venue’s management. Choose the number of treatments when booking:

• Spa Plus – 45 minutes: FJ$85 per person. Foot soak, massage, lemon leaves and honey iced tea.
• Spa Plus – 75 minutes: FJ$150 per person. Foot soak, full-body massage, lemon leaves and honey iced tea.

Massage treatments are additional to the FJ$40 attraction entry. Spa treatments and preferred times are subject to the venue’s availability and final confirmation.

Optional return hotel transfers

Prefer a convenient pickup? Select a return transfer from participating Nadi Town, Nadi Airport-area, Namaka, Martintar, Wailoaloa or Denarau hotels, with pickup and drop-off at the same hotel. Transfer bookings require at least two paying travellers. Any additional transfer price is displayed before checkout. Requests from Lautoka, Vuda, Sonaisali, Momi Bay, Natadola, Sigatoka and Coral Coast need a separate quotation; please contact us before paying.

What to expect and what to bring

Allow around 2–3 hours for a relaxed visit, plus driving time if using transfers. Bring swimwear, a towel, a change of clothes, sandals, drinking water and sunscreen. Facilities are simple and natural rather than a luxury resort spa. Let us know ahead of time about mobility needs, medical considerations, children and other special requirements so the venue can advise on suitability.

Booking and confirmation

Select your actual travel date, the number of paying visitors, and any Spa Plus treatments. If you request transfers, provide the pickup area, hotel name, the hotel booking name if different, and a preferred departure time. The date, pickup details and massage availability will be confirmed after your order is placed. Dates and times are Fiji local time.

Frequently asked questions

Is Tifajek the same as Sabeto Mud Pool?

No. Tifajek is a separate mud-pool and hot-spring experience near the well-known Sabeto attraction. Make sure your booking clearly names Tifajek.

Can I visit without a transfer?

Yes. Choose entry only and make your own way to the attraction on Wailoko Road, Sabeto.

Is massage included in the FJ$40 entry?

No. Choose the 45-minute or 75-minute Spa Plus package as an additional treatment.

Can you collect me from Denarau or Nadi Airport?

Return hotel collection can be selected from supported Nadi and Denarau zones. Exact pickup times depend on location and operator confirmation.
